The user friendly interface is poor. Their customer service is somewhat limited. **What do you dislike about OpenText Core Business Communication Archive?** I've been using Carbonite for, than a decade now. I have encountered many issues. It's truly a cumbersome solution for archiving and safeguarding your data. One area where Carbonite could improve is its schedule. While this feature is crucial it falls short in terms of detecting and preventing data deletion by employees. **What problems is OpenText Core Business Communication Archive solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software only creates a copy of data after it has been deleted, leaving room for vulnerability. This lack of real time protection raises concerns about data security and confidentiality. ### 3. At least there should be an admin account to remove interruption for data backup. **What problems is OpenText Core Business Communication Archive solving and how is that benefiting you?** It takes scheduled data backup, the most important part I feel. If any employee leaves the organization, they may delete sensitive data. This takes a copy of the data even if the employee deletes data from the local computer. ### 5. That can then quickly capture and catalogue this massive amount of data. And when I say huge. I mean huge over 50 different sources. This can range from email to IM even MS Teams and much more **What do you dislike about OpenText Core Business Communication Archive?** Not much to dislike as yet. I find the interface is very easy to use and Carbonite really does all of the work for you. **What do you dislike about OpenText Core Business Communication Archive?** I don't have any dislikes. It's easy to use and the customer service is excellent! **What problems is OpenText Core Business Communication Archive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Over the years I have lost lots of info from computer and external HD crashes. I used to have a dozen external HD's. Carbonite is a no fuss product. I link my HD's and never have to worry about my info getting lost. ### 8.
